Inventory, Manufacturing & Tax Strategy

Salary: $25.00-30.00/hour

Hours: Part-Time, 20-24 hours/week

We are seeking a Production Lead to help manage day-to-day production in our Parker, Colorado workspace.

This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, food production, cosmetic production, or other hands-on product assembly experience who enjoys organized processes, precise measurements, and maintaining high standards in a production environment.

The Production Lead will execute production schedules, follow detailed formulations and recipes, maintain an organized workspace, and help direct production assistants when needed.

This position is part-time initially (20–24 hours per week) with daytime hours within the 9am–5pm window and the opportunity to grow into a Production Manager role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution

• Follow a weekly production schedule to manufacture herbal skincare and wellness products
• Accurately prepare and produce batches using detailed recipes and ingredient measurements
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients with careful attention to detail and consistency
• Package and label finished products according to production standards
• Maintain batch records and production documentation

Inventory & Materials Handling

• Organize raw ingredients and production materials
• Pull and prepare materials needed for scheduled production
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when supplies are running low
• Receive and store ingredient shipments

Production Environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Follow safety and sanitation practices during production
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained

Leadership & Team Support

• Help train and guide production assistants when present
• Ensure production tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Communicate any production issues or improvements to the owner

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following environments:

• Small manufacturing operations
• Food production
• Cosmetic or skincare production
• Packaging and fulfillment environments
• Artisan or small-batch product production

Additional qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written processes and recipes precisely
• Comfortable working with measurements, scales, and ingredient formulas
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Organized and able to keep production areas orderly
• Comfortable directing or assisting other production staff when needed

Physical Requirements:

This is an active production role. Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Standing for extended periods during production
• Lifting and moving materials up to 55 pounds

• Moving product and production materials throughout the workspace
