Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Campbell.HR is working with Hogan Omidi P.C. to place their next Colorado Family Law Paralegal.

Hogan Omidi PC serves clients in the Denver metro area and statewide. Their clients include executives at Fortune 500 companies, doctors and lawyers, professional athletes and entertainers, owners of businesses of all sizes, landlords and others with significant assets they want to protect. They also represent the spouses of these individuals who may be concerned that they will lose everything they invested in years of marriage.

Position Responsibilities:

Hogan Omidi, P.C., is a small family law firm located in Denver. They are looking for a full- time experienced Paralegal, with family law experience to join their team. The candidate must have the ability to prepare, and draft sworn financial statements, discover, responses, and work well with clients.

  • Successful candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize well and work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive issues.
  • Experience with E-filing, docketing/calendaring case deadlines, hearing/trial preparation, drafting of pleadings/correspondence.
  • Rule 16.2 disclosures/discovery is a must.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and other family law issues.
  • Stay up to date on developments in family law and related areas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Paralegal in Colorado.

  • A minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in family law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client service orientation, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently, with keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing firm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with family law software and case management systems is a plus.
