We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable global data solutions. This role goes beyond technical delivery—it requires end-to-end ownership of analytical capabilities, from partnering with global stakeholders to define needs, to architecting data models and delivering insights across regions.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strong communication skills, proactively engaging with global business partners to align data initiatives with enterprise goals. You will own and manage the design and build of data models, data pipelines, and visualizations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and business value across regions and functions.  You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, mentoring peers, guiding data governance practices, and   fostering a culture of data excellence across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, end-to-end analytics models and data pipelines across multiple platforms and sources.
  • Manage technical offshore resources to bridge between them and business units—guiding, influencing, and ensuring delivery
  • Interface with stakeholders of all levels efficiently, including C-level executives
  • Own the global architecture, design, and governance of information delivery solutions (integration, models, report delivery)
  • Champion data governance by maintaining artifacts such as system health metrics, data catalogs, policies, and standards.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable, strategic data solutions that drive decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and usability in visualizations and reports; proactively identify and resolve data issues.
  • Promote data literacy across the organization by training business users and advocating for self-service analytics.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data privacy and security policies.
  • Contribute to and help evolve IT architecture standards, data strategy, and best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging data technologies and trends; identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives, pilots, or special projects that enhance data capabilities enterprise-wide.

Qualifications:

You may be a strong candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to implementations of analytics initiatives across diverse business teams.
  • Hands-on development experience in data visualization tools like Microsoft PowerBI, with a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes with SQL, Python, DBT, Snowflake, and SAP HANA.
  • Experience building complex data flows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, trustworthy data solutions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise data and analytics solutions.
  • 3+ years proven experience with at least two of the following technologies: Microsoft PowerBI/Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps/Functions, SAP HANA, Snowflake, and Python.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or other advanced analytics concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data cataloging or governance tools is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake are a plus.

End User Engineering - Senior Engineer Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: $53,000-65,000 EUR | $61,857-75,863 USD

Campbell HR is working with Duracell in the search for End User Engineering Senior Engineer Manager role. The End User Engineer (EUE)’s role is to conduct technical delivery of the global EUE strategy and provide L3 support to service providers contracted to support end-users in global IT and OT.

This person is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the various technologies and processes used to deliver, secure, manage, and automate end-user devices across the company. The scope of management includes >3000 Windows endpoints, <50 MacOS clients, and ~500 mobile devices. Responsibility also extends to the various applications owned by EUE and their infrastructure. This footprint consists of over 700 models of devices from over 10 vendors in support by the team, a truly modern hybrid workplace! In collaboration with the core EUE engineering team, this resource will contribute to the overall strategy and planning for the EUE roadmap and be expected, at times, to assess, propose, PoC, and execute solution delivery in the team’s realm of support. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Strength:

  • Architecture, engineering, and administration of MEM/MECM environments.
  • Policy management of devices using AD GPO and Intune.
  • Automation of CI/CD pipelines and proactive remediation solutions.
  • Directory management within Azure/Active Directory.
  • Report creation/enhancements of the various technologies of EUE support (Incidents, devices, patches, etc).
  • Microsoft 365 solution management and support (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and more).

Mentoring Level 2 Techs:

  • Provide mentorship and support to Level 2 staff to ensure they escalate issues appropriately and improve their technical skills.
  • Create, manage, and continuously update a comprehensive knowledge base to assist our support, end-users, and internal teams.

Operational Support:

  • Incident resolution and problem management of items escalated by L1/L2 support staff.
  • Supporting the management of numerous vendors reporting through the EUE team.
  • Implement proactive remediation strategies to prevent issues before they impact end-users.
  • Utilize tools like Nexthink and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) to enhance security and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years EUE service-related support experience such as MS-Windows, MECM, Intune, MS-Office, Active Directory. 
  • 5+ years of experience managing 2500+ endpoints. 
  • Solid relationship management skills. 
  • Strong customer service orientation. 
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. 
  • Highly self-motivated and directed. 
  • Keen attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with holistic IT infrastructure (Network, Storage, Database, Virtualization, IAM, InfoSec, DevOps). 
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. 
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 10 years’ equivalent work experience. 
  • ITIL certification.
